Shipping and Tracking


Edwards Providore offers the following shipping options:


Standard: $10.00 (via Courier) - allow between 2- 5 business days for your order to arrive.


Click and Collect: Free In store pick up is available from Edwards Providore, 150 Condon St Kennington VIC, on all hampers. Please select this option at the time of checkout. Allow 48 hours from the time of order to collect your hamper. A notification email will be sent to alert you when your hamper is ready to be collected.


Free Postage: is available where the online order subtotal is $150 or greater. Allow between 2-5 business days for your order to arrive.


All orders are sent via Courier and you will be notified tracking details of your order will be emailed to the provided email address once the order has been fulfilled.


Please allow 24 hours from the time of order for order fulfillment to occur.


Please note: Orders returned to Edwards Providore due to incorrect address, failure to collect, or failure to contact courier after delivery attempt, will incur a re-shipping and re-delivery fee.



Prices & Payment

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

The amount payable to Edwards Providore for an Order (Order Amount) will be the total of the following amounts:

  1. the sum of the price of each Product ordered as indicated on the website at the time of submitting the Order (Product Subtotal);
  2. the cost of delivery determined in accordance with Delivery stated above, and

You must pay the Order Amount by credit card at the time of submitting the Order. Edwards Providore accepts Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

Returns

All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we try our best to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen you can return the damaged items and we will re-send the product and pay for the return and additional postage charges. In the case where the product is sold out we will offer a full refund.

To arrange a return, seek a refund, replacement or exchange, you must email us on info@edwardsprovidore.com.au to obtain prior approval. Please include the order number and reason for the return. Edwards Providore shall bear the costs of all domestic return shipping.
