Includes gnocchi made with fresh steamed potatoes, a rich tomato + basil pasta sauce (Australian tomatoes), local diced chuck steak, garlic and grana padano cheese
How to Make:
Peel two to three cloves of garlic and finely chop.
In a slow cooker, place chuck steak & garlic with Napoli & basil sauce with half a cup of water and stir together.
Place slow cooker on medium and cook for 8-10 hours or on high for 5-6 hours.
Place a large fry pan on and cooked the gnocchi according to packet instructions.
Once gnocchi is warmed through, add the pasta sauce to the pan and stir to combine.
Serve up in bowls and finish with grated or shaved grana padano cheese.
