Hampers with Alcoholic Drinks
When ordering hampers that include alcoholic drinks, by completing the checkout process, you acknowledge that you are 18 years and over in age.
Lead and Preparation Times
- Many products have preparation times built in
- When you choose from the date/time for collection in checkout, you will only be shown dates/times after the minimum prep times of the products in your cart
How to Order
- Online ordering via online store or social media posts that link to online store
- Email ordering via sales@edwardsprovidore.com.au - don't forget to include contact details so we can arrange payment with you
- Phone orders via 5444 2244 - we love online and email orders but if you need to order via the phone please call and we will arrange payment whilst on the call
Click and Collect
- Pickup Times: 8am until 4pm. Assuming pickup on day of order unless you specify otherwise in comments on checkout or by contacting us.
- Some items (e.g. special occasion cakes) will have preparation times associated with them that prevent pickup on the day of ordering. Product specific details included in product listings.
- You can park out the front and we can bring it to you car if you call us when you arrive on 5444 2244
Shipping
- Some products are eligible for shipping via Australia Post (e.g. hampers)
- Items that you want shipped via Australia Post can't be in the same cart as items that you want delivered locally...please place a separate order for postable items
- Postage (aka shipping) is $15 flat rate around Australia
P.S. Don't forget you can call us to add everyday items like milk and eggs to your order, and we'll process the payment those extra items over the phone
